Risk and Operations Director

Mr. Insalaco serves as Risk and Operations Director at Leaf Capital Partners, where he oversees portfolio strategy, risk management, and operational execution. He manages sourcing and due diligence, underwriting and capital structuring, and post-close value creation, ensuring investments align with Leaf’s objectives and risk profile.

With more than 30 years of experience, Steven has managed a $3.5 billion healthcare portfolio and advised Fortune 500 and aerospace companies, including ExxonMobil and Northrop Grumman, as a business intelligence and risk management advisor. Over his career, he has structured $1 billion+ in financings and closed more than 50 structured debt and equity transactions across diverse sectors.

Steven founded Calgary Enterprises, Inc., a corporate strategy, finance, and family office advisory firm, and continues to serve as principal of Admodum Investment Holdings and Quantum, a private equity holding company.
